Members (Member data is correct on 6 Julyr 2023)
All qualified Professional Surveyors, Technologist Surveyors, Technician Surveyors and GISc Practitioners have to be registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC).
Professional, Technologist and Technician Surveyors in training can also register with SAGC.
Registration
To become a registered Geomatician with SAGC various specified exams have to be passed, council fees paid, work experienced tasks certified and registration forms completed.

SAGC Council
is an elected committee of members.
Registrar is based in the SAGC office and co-ordinates all the office and council functions.
Studying Information about studying to become a Surveyor and the bursaries offered.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Implemented on the 1 June 2012.
